VIP MEMBERSHIP FAQ’S
1. WHEN CAN I JOIN? You can join the VIP Memberships anytime, in person or over the phone, it’s that easy!
2. CAN I UPGRADE MY MEMBERSHIP? Absolutely! At any time you can contact us to upgrade your membership level to meet your needs.
3. CAN I USE A GIFT CERTIFICATE TO PAY FOR MY MEMBERSHIP? No.
4. CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP? You must give 30 days’ notice to cancel a VIP membership. There is a $100 fee for early cancelation. All points that have accrued will expire at time of cancelation.
5. DO MY MEMBERSHIP POINTS EXPIRE? Yes, you must use your membership points within 90 days from when they were aquired or they will expire.
6. HOW MUCH DO THE MEMBERSHIPS COST? The VIP Platinum Membership costs $200 a month. The VIP Gold Membership costs $150 a month.
INFORMATION ON MEMBERSHIPS:
The amount of the membership is due each month plus the initial fee ($50) when starting the membership. VIP Memberships cannot be combined with any other offer, are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-transferrable under any circumstances.
Exclusions: Laser hair maintenance, leg vein therapy, Smooth threads.
