1. WHEN CAN I JOIN? You can join the Botox® Cosmetic Membership Club anytime, in person or over the phone, it’s that easy!
2. CAN I UPGRADE MY MEMBERSHIP? Absolutely! At any time you can contact us to upgrade your membership level to meet your needs.
3. CAN I USE A GIFT CERTIFICATE TO PAY FOR MY MEMBERSHIP? Yes!
4. CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP? No, memberships are fully non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-transferrable.
5. DO THE BOTOX® COSMETIC UNITS EXPIRE? Yes, you must use your Botox® Cosmetic units (unit amount varies depending on membership level) every 91-105 days or you will lose the unused Botox® Cosmetic units.
INFORMATION ON MEMBERSHIPS:
The amount of the membership is due in full at the time of purchase. Memberships include 4 treatments per year and cannot be put “on hold”. Botox® Cosmetic Memberships are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-transferrable under any circumstances.
