1. WHEN CAN I JOIN? You can join the DAXXIFY® Membership Club anytime, in person or over the phone, it’s that easy!
2. CAN I UPGRADE MY MEMBERSHIP? Absolutely! At any time you can contact us to upgrade your membership level to meet your needs.
3. CAN I USE A GIFT CERTIFICATE TO PAY FOR MY MEMBERSHIP? Yes!
4. CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP? No, memberships are fully non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-transferrable.
5. DO THE DAXXIFY® UNITS EXPIRE? Yes, you must use your DAXXIFY® units (unit amount varies depending on membership level) every 170-200 days or you will lose the unused DAXXIFY® units.
INFORMATION ON MEMBERSHIPS:
The amount of the membership is due in full at the time of purchase. Memberships include 2 treatments per year and cannot be put “on hold”. DAXXIFY® Memberships are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-transferrable under any circumstances.
