“Be the Nurse (Practitioner) you would want as a patient.”

I’ve always had an “artsy fartsy” side in addition to my love of anatomy & physiology and helping patients overcome disease or trauma. Working in both minimally invasive Aesthetics and Plastic & Reconstructive surgery is the perfect weave of 2 health care fields that complement each other and ultimately maximizes my patient outcomes and patient satisfaction.
When I was on maternity leave with my youngest son, I asked myself, what job would I love that I would give up being off on Fridays. I knew it would be in Aesthetics. So in 2009, I cold-called Lébo and offered to work for them every Friday… they helped me to complete training 2010 and the rest is history.
I don’t have a motto per se, although I have always driven into my 4 children and live by myself “Do onto others as you would have them do onto you.”
In the work place, I abide by the Hippocratic Oath. My patients’ health and well-being must always be first. I am the patients advocate. I am always honest. Developing a trusting relationship is important to me. I strive to earnestly listen and offer my knowledge, skill, and expertise to provide them with exceptional service. There is no better feeling then a smile on a patients face whether that’s helping a patient achieve small or large personal goals or overcome a disease state.
I’ll always be a fan of the neuromodulators (Botox, Daxxify, Dysport). They are so reliable in softening patients wrinkles. Going over before and after pictures 2-4 weeks later and seeing a patients improvement with smiles on their faces is always fun!
