1. WHEN CAN I JOIN? You can join the Tox Membership anytime, in person or over the phone, it’s that easy!
2. CAN I USE A GIFT CARD TO PAY FOR MY MEMBERSHIP? Yes.
3. CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP? No, memberships are fully non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-transferrable.
4. DO THE TOX UNITS EXPIRE? Yes, you must use your Tox units every 91-105 days or you will lose the unused Tox units.
INFORMATION ON TOX MEMBERSHIPS:
The amount of the membership is due in full at the time of purchase. Memberships include 4 treatments per year and cannot be put “on hold”. Tox Memberships are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-transferrable under any circumstances.
