VIP GOLD MEMBERSHIP FAQ’S
1. WHEN CAN I JOIN? You can join the VIP GOLD Membership anytime, in person or over the phone, it’s that easy!
2. CAN I UPGRADE MY MEMBERSHIP? No, the VIP GOLD Membership is the highest membership package.
3. CAN I USE A GIFT CERTIFICATE TO PAY FOR MY MEMBERSHIP? No.
4. CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP? Yes, you must give 30 days’ notice to cancel a VIP GOLD membership. There is a $100 fee for early cancelation. All points that have accrued will expire at time of cancelation.
5. DO MY MEMBERSHIP POINTS EXPIRE? Yes, you must use your membership points within 90 days from when they were aquired or they will expire.
6. HOW MUCH DO THE MEMBERSHIPS COST? The VIP Platinum Membership costs $150 a month.
INFORMATION ON VIP GOLD MEMBERSHIPS:
There is a one-time $50 joining fee due at the initiation of the membership, plus the first month of $150. Membership automatically renews after 12 months if not canceled. VIP GOLD Memberships cannot be combined with any other offer, are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-transferrable under any circumstances.
Exclusions: Laser hair maintenance, leg vein therapy, Smooth threads.
