1. WHEN CAN I JOIN? You can join the BOTOX PLATINUM Membership anytime, in person or over the phone, it’s that easy!
2. CAN I UPGRADE MY MEMBERSHIP? No, the BOTOX PLATINUM Membership is the highest membership package.
3. CAN I USE A GIFT CERTIFICATE TO PAY FOR MY MEMBERSHIP? Yes.
4. CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP? No, memberships are fully non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-transferrable.
5. DO THE BOTOX® COSMETIC UNITS EXPIRE? Yes, you must use your Botox® Cosmetic units (unit amount varies depending on membership level) every 91-105 days or you will lose the unused Botox® Cosmetic units.
