BOTOX® is a purified protein administered in a simple non surgical procedure that temporarily improves the appearance of moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows in people aged 18 to 65.
During the treatment, very low doses of BOTOX® Cosmetic are administered via a few tiny injections directly into the muscles that cause wrinkles. No anesthesia is required and the entire procedure takes about 10 minutes.
You may see results within 5 to 10 days of your treatment and these results may continue to improve for another week. The most common side effects following injection of BOTOX® Cosmetic include headache and nausea.
